Hiding sections from Store Top page

I've put brochure pages as sections in my online catalogue because I want breadcrumb trails to be available throughout the site.

This works really well but when I go to the 'store top' page, my brochure sections are of course showing and I don't want them to.

I do need them to show up in the site map and be in the mega-menu so I can't 'hide on web site'.

Is there a straightforward way please to stop them showing as part of the 'store top' without impacting anything else?
