Error message (prompt blob)

Hi there

Since upgrading to SD 2013 we've been getting periodic errors logged in the error.err file which we've been unable to resolve

Program = SearchSc, Program version = 25135 , HTTP Server = Apache/2.2.3 (CentOS)         , Return code = 999                 , Date and Time = 2013/06/16 12:15, Internal Errors = There was a problem with some information in the online shop so we cannot take your order.  Please contact the shop owner with this information so that they can rectify the problem.
Details: The version number (1) of one of your uploaded data files (Prompt blob) is incompatible with the existing script version (0). Solution: Refresh the site.

Remedial steps we've taken so far have been:-

1. Refresh the website
2. Purge & Refresh the website
3. Change the script ID & refresh the site
4. Manually delete all CGI scripts from the server and refresh the site

Can anyone suggest what other steps we might take to try and resolve this as I'm running short on ideas!

I suggest logging this with our support team (if not done so already), so someone can take a look at the problem source.
