12.02 Paypal Error

Have just upgraded a site from V11 to 12.02 but Paypal has stopped working.

Have reverted back to V11 site so no link available for you to view.

The error is

Error. Error executing the on-line credit card plug-in script. Global symbol "$sMerchantID" requires explicit package name at (eval 44) line 112

Any ideas?

Searching for Global symbol "$sMerchantID" requires explicit package name may be useful.

As for reverting, you can always upgrade and run the upgraded site in Test Mode so your V11 will keep on running as usual but you'll have a live Test Mode V12 to debug.

Many thanks for the reply.

I did search the forum and found fixes replacing files from the original folder. As this was a fresh out the box install these files were not available.

I fixed in the end by cleaning everything out and doing a reinstall.
