Please do not scold me for repetition, but the previous thread has been closed and I am still stuck and Sellerdeck support also appear to be stuck.
Can anybody think of any possible reasons why an upgrade from 12.0.1 to 12.0.2 should work when uploaded by Sellerdeck to their test server, and in my domain's test directory uploaded by Sellerdeck, but not work for me uploaded by me? Is it because I am 64 years old? Bear in mind that psp was installed with install, computer (MS Small Business Server 2003 with XP) was restarted as prompted in the install, and re-started again later after failure. Back up drive was unplugged during the re-starts. The failure occurs when clicking Refresh Website in the Web menu, and the error message is immediate, either Runtime error and must close followed by must close and dmp file name and Sellerdeck closes, or the same without runtime error message. Snapshot and dmp files uploaded to Support. Have attempted uninstalling, re-downloading and installing 3 times. Getting nowhere. I have reverted to 12.0.1 each time, which takes even longer than upgrading, with the uninstall, backups of files, deletion of files and directories, re-install etc, each time with catalog suspended on the website.
