Vertical Megamenu

Has anyone had any success creating a vertical megamenu on LHS with sub-menu popping out to the right please?

My Multi Column Menu (Mega Menu) may be configurable to do this. Will experiment and post back here the results. May take 'till tomorrow.

Update: Yes, it can be done with just a couple of changes to the CSS and a 2 character tweak to the JavaScript.
