Website crashes on generation of Digital Download Index Page

I've been developing a brand new website theme for a site in V12.0.2

Before I started the work I upgraded the original site and theme from V8 to V12 via an incremental upgrade.

The issue I have is since upgrading to V12.0.2 the site crashes on upload. If I try generating the pages prior to upload the point it appears to crash at is the generation of Digital Download Index Page.

I did notice the site was connected via Dreamweaver originally, and the theme was still there. I've since removed that connection, but the issue still remains so doubt any connection to that.

Has anyone come across this issue? Can't seem to resolve, and tried with support and still no joy nearly a week on

Sadly error occurs though when off line preview created too!

And the DD folder is present. Something from V8 is still causing problems in V12 as there was a crash issue in v8. Did upgrade from V8 -> V9 etc to V12 and resolve it when in 12.0.1 then when upgraded to v12.0.2 started again
