Fragment with video causing sellerdeck crash

I inserted a fragment with a video into a section yesterday, it has uploaded fine but every time I click on the section or the fragment sellerdeck crashes. I want to delete the fragment to stop the crash but can't do this due to the crash! Is there a way to select the fragment and delete it outside of sellerdeck. i have tried doing a database compact and repair, system restart with no joy. Any help would be appreciated.

You could surround the code with blockif tags to prevent it loading in the preview.

If Louise's suggestions don't work and if you have Access, you can open ActinicCatalog.mdb in Access. Close SellerDeck first.

If your Fragment is in the Brochure pages, then look in table BrochureFragments and delete the text from the appropriate sFragmentText1 field.

If your Fragment is on a Section page, then look in table Product and delete the text from the appropriate sFragmentText field.

Once you have reverted back to where the software doesn't crash could you upload your video to a third party service, such as YouTube, and then call the video to your site?

Thanks guys, I was actually able to delete it when using one of the business plus users sellerdeck. It was a youtube video so will try inserting it with a block if. Thanks again.
