We have been using the Sellerdeck/Actinic Link both ways between Actinic/Sellerdeck and Sage 50 since 2004, and was our reason for choosing Actinic.
We use it to transfer orders (and customers with the orders) from Sellerdeck to Sage 50. You need to make sure that the settings for VAT, for example, are matched up between Sellerdeck and Sage. Otherwise, you follow the instructions for setting up and shout for help if stuck.
We use it to transfer stock quantities from Sage 50 to Sellerdeck. Take care to set up just to transfer stock quantities, and click Update the first time you import the stock figures into Sellerdeck, as you don't want to over-write other stuff. We do this at least once a day, after all orders have been processed through Sage so as to keep the stock correct, and also do whenever there has been a delivery of stock and all orders have been processed at that point.

The link software only works with the Sage 50 version of Sage.
