    Intermitent problem on checkout

    Hi,
    The last few days we have been experiencing intermitent problems with our V13 checkout. Customers are contacting us saying either they cannot get past adding items to the cart or when they fill in their details on checkout page 0 they do not get the NEXT button showing at the bottom of the page and thus cannot proceed. I have checked the code in design mode and get the following error on the Add to cart confirmation page and the Checkout page 0 pages (`Expected`})
    I have tried running orders in both Firefox and Internet Explorer and have no problems except I do not get the checkout now option after adding an item to the cart and have to get their via the checkout button.
    My website is www.theoutdoorgearshop.co.uk and any help/ pointers to solve this problem would be greatfully appreciated.

    Tried in Firefox and Chrome with no problems.

    You may need to collect more information from your customers (browser make / version, etc.) so we know more.

      I noticed a possible issue when I looked at the checkout on Internet Explorer Compatibility view the main area of the website was shifted to the right, because the new CSS styles has overflow hidden (I don't know why) it meant that it was hiding the "Next" button from view, it was there in the code but it could not be seen. However I switched out of Compatibility View and then went back but it looked okay I could no longer see the same issue even after clearing cache. So it may be worth checking the site in early versions of Internet Explorer to see if there is a style issue there causing the problem.

      P.S. Several other issues:
      1) I noticed your Brands pages filtering is not working correctly, it is returning Javascript errors.
      2) Checkout button on brochure pages at top and left does not link to checkout.
      3) Are you using the latest patch 12.0.2?. If not you should make sure you update as it fixes a number of bugs and issues. And then see what issues remain to be fixed.

        Hi Louise and Norman,
        Yes each time we have had a report, first thing we have asked is what Browser they are using, the answer we get is predominently either Firefox or Internet Explorer. I have checked the site routinely both in Firefox and also in our old version 8.06 Internet Explorer. I tried it in both compatibility mode and non compatibilty mode. No problems showing up with either.
        We are using 12.02 the latest patch.
        The brand filtering is another seperate problem that I am still trying to work out what is going on. I see the problem with the checkout buttons but have no idea how to fix it .
