you cannot download orders before uploading the whole site

Hi - I have Sellerdeck split across 2 different PC's - one for content management and one for order processing. I have just upgraded to v12.0.2 on both machines.

When I try to download orders on the order processing machine I get the message 'you cannot download orders before uploading the whole site'.

Is there a way to override this as the site has been uploaded from the content management machine and the content within the order processing machine is way out of date.

Works for me

I am not an expert, can only speak from my own experience. I have Sellerdeck V12.0.2 on both machines (upgraded on both), and the order processor can download orders with no error message. Things possibly to bear in mind: Sellerdeck has to be open on master machine, and Sellerdeck on order processing machine may need to refresh itself. We find that clicking on anything, for example a tab in the Orders screen, and clicking back refreshes it. If this doesn't help, it could be that the order processing machine is not finding the data on the main machine - check settings for location of data, and permissions. However, if the latter is the problem, you should get an earlier error message about not finding the data. Perhaps it is finding the data, but the wrong data (previous version of Sellerdeck?).

Hi Sarah - I assume that you have your data on a server and both machines access that data.

In this case they are 2 separate installations. each with their own data located on their own C:/ drives.
