How to process SD EC orders in EPOS

Hi

I am new to sellerdeck EC and have been running the EPOS system for just over a month.

I have put up a basic site and started some testing.

I cant see how the order processing works properly with EPOS. Sellerdeck seems to have to download orders then they get transferred to the EPOS PC. But only completed orders get transferred!

Can anyone explain how this is supposed to be used so that shop staff can fulfil web orders?

This is explained in our Knowledge Base article . The User guide and Getting Started Guide installed along with the EPOS system have information on such and many other topics as well. Hope this helps.

Well, its not exactly explained. It does say that COMPLETED orders will be transferred.

My question is how to transfer orders to EPOS so they can be fulfilled and the steps to fulfil them in EPOS.

Any insights welcome

You need to fulfil them in EC and then just the reporting is done in EPOS.
