Removing hashtags from URL's

Hi all, wondering if anyone can offer some insight on this.

I would like to remove the hashtags from the end of the URLs on my product pages. This particular site does not need any of the filtering functions offered by Sellerdeck 2013, so quite happy to lose them.

I've been playing around with the filtering settings, turning everything off etc, and I've searched this forum for a solution but I'm drawing a blank.

Can anyone offer any guidance? Thank you in advance.

For reference, I removed the following from the link within the layout:
