SMTP Server Problems

Trying to test my site and SMTP Network Settings.
Have tried just about everything and still no luck. Have been told 'local host' is the thing to enter, no luck, tried a multitude of other entries, most provided by my host 'easyspace' including their mail server and inserted my password etc, still no joy.
Shut down my firewall and antivirus, briefly, still nothing.
.doc file attached of just one set of error reports.

Any help out there pleasey please. Slowly going mad

localhost should be one word if you are trying that.

Sorry, my error. Yes, always has been one word and without the quotes.

This is a server or network set-up problem. Please see the Upload, Server, Email, Network Settings & Connection Problems forum and read the PLEASE READ sticky there. That will help you tell us what we need to know.
