Installation problem;

I'm trying to install 2013 V12.0.2 & having an issue - just after the Dreamweaver option (which I'm not installing), I'm getting a "The following programs are running & need to be shut down" error for SellerDeck 2013\catalog.exe, which definitely isn't running.

Task manager shows no applications other than the installation program & warning running & the only SellerDeck related processes are;
PSPsetup.exe (SellerDeck PSP setup),
GLBCA9E.tmp (SellerDeck PSP setup),
setup.exe (SellerDeck setup),
GLB5224.tmp (SellerDeck setup),
SellerDeck_V1202NGVA_UK.exe (SellerDeck_V1202NGVA_UK.exe)

I've got V10 installed (not running...) on the same PC & the only installation option that I'm accepting is to install PSP's. If it makes any odds, this is a clean install which will be getting a 2013 compatible snapshot imported into it.


Any advice appreciated.

Update

Since posting I've installed without the PSP setup & there were no install problems, but the missing file problem was still apparent on opening.

A call to support, and a registry change of the local data route (from //SellerDeck to /SellerDeck) solved the problem.
