Monitor stock for products that appear on multiple sites

Is there a way (through sellerdeck or a plugin) to have stock levels monitored and update for products that feature on more than one site?

So we have 100 of product A which is listed on two different sites (same product ID).

Can we have a system that would monitor stock - deduct when one has been sold for either site and update to both sites.

What we do

We have two sites with some same products on both, with same stock codes. We use Sage 50, into which we import orders from both sites, and we update the stock from Sage to both sites using the Sellerdeck Link software, doing this at least once a day and when there has been a delivery of stock.

If you are not using Sage 50 and the Link, there is probably a way of doing this by exporting to a spreadsheet and then importing, but somebody else may be able to help you with that.
