Preventing stock control suspending orders

I may be asking too much of Sellerdeck here.... BUT.....

Is it possible to use online stock control, except with out Sellerdeck suspending orders when stock drops below 1?

We have a range of product we would like to show current stock of, but still allow customer to place orders when we have run out.

If this is not difficult enough we would still like to use the automatic order suspension on certain products (such as end of line items).

The site wide setting for the default suspend order level for all products in Settings is 1. If you enter a minus amount it would still allow ordering. An out of stock would hide the add to cart button. You could do some customisation in the product / stock layout with a menu setting.

The stock control plug in we supply is designed to show the correct stock levels rather than the false ones that Sellerdeck use and also controls the Add to Cart button, in the earler versions that had stock control if you upload the web site with products out of stock the add to cart button is missing from the upload for those pages due to the way the button is disabled. The stock plug in sorts that out as well. The plug in also handles stock for components with hidden products controlling the add to cart button from the item that is selected as well as identifying which options are out of stock.
