HI, I want to change or remove the words

Navigation menu

from the left side of my website. I cant seem to find where it is.

its on top of my list of product sections

I am very new to this so be nice.

Welcome to the Community, Jennifer.

The words "Navigation Menu" aren't in the Library or the Design / Text area. So it's possible that it's been entered by yourself. The usual heading would be "Store Sections".

If you click the "Design" tab, you can click on the item in question and that should open the layout containing said phrase. You can edit it there (if you find it).

If that's not it, it would help to point us to your site so we can see it ourselves.

I still cant find it . someone else did the design for me. i just put the products and photos in. i was hoping maybe to make a few changes myself. Maybe best if i call them

Another way would be to go to Design / Library / Layouts. Right-click the top item and choose "Find". Deselect averything except "Code". Enter Navigation Menu and "Find Next Item" should take you to any layout(s) containing said text.
