    Not all locations appearing on checkout

    Hi there, a customer from Iceland bought a product which should have no shipping charge whatsoever but was charged a default fee as the country has no defined shipping band.

    It seems Iceland does not appear on our shop checkout, so they selected 'None of the above'



    But it does show in the list of locations in Settings > Locations



    How do I make the country appear live on the shop?

    If you go to the Help menu > Help Topics and do a search for Shipping there are useful tutorials there to guide you how to set up Zones, Classes and add countries to the list.

      Thank you for your response. I was able to add the country to the list.

      One more thing; the default charge for no defined shipping band - is there any way to turn this off for products that have no shipping cost, but allow it for products that do have a shipping cost?


      I see that on individual products you can tick 'Exclude From Shipping Band Calculation', would this do just that?
