Browser locks up when returning from sellerdeck payments screen

The message at the bottom of this post is typical of the messages I get when this happens, I usually reply to tell the customer that we did download their order although we (and the customer) didn't receive an 'order confirmation' e-mail. and ask them what browser OS and platform they were using.
I have now had so many of these customer replies that I can tell that it doesn't make any difference what browser, OS or platform they are using from firefox on an xp laptop to safari on an iMac with all browsers on a PC in between

This has been with support since last November, and I have had little help, has anyone else suffered this? Or have I just got something wrong with our setup?
It is so itermittent that I have not been able to recreate the problem on any platform.

    Thanks
    in advance
    Terry

    Message:
I've just placed an order with the number above, and completed payment. The screen locked up before I could complete the order and print a receipt.
Could you check the order has been placed, please?

Terry, hope you don't mind me replying here.

I look after the SellerDeck hosting platform and services, such as SellerDeck Payments.

I've been involved with some of this issue but am as frustrated as you that we have not gotten to the bottom of it. I can only apologise for it dragging on but, as you say, its infuriatingly intermittent and we have been completely unable to replicate it so far.

I wonder if I could give you a call tomorrow to discuss it, perhaps some nugget of information has been missed or lost in translation?

    Steve
PS: It was me who xxxxx'ed out the name and email in your post above.
