How to show Including VAT for some items & Excuding VAT for other items

How do I show Including VAT for some items & Excuding VAT for other items on the website.

I went into Settings| Site options | Product but this changes the VAT option for all products whereas I want to show VAT inclusive for some products & VAT exclusive for other products.

Do I have to control this from within the csv import?

Per product via Product Details / Layout / Product / Price Layout.

Importing: No idea as you've not indicated whether you're doing a flat-file or hierarchical import. Should be covered in the Help (search for importing).
