Fraud Check Status Not Refreshing

    Fraud Check Status Not Refreshing

    I have noticed that since updating to 12.0.4, that the fraud check status will not update when refreshed, I have 4 days worth of orders now all with a staus of 'Pending' .
    they are usualy released within an hour.
    Does anyone else have this problem, or do I need to get hold of support?

      It does look like it has stalled, investigating what is wrong with it now. Soon as I have more info I'll let you know.

        Do you think this will be fixed today?

        Keen to know as we've got orders from Friday we are looking to ship today.

          I hope so. Datacash are dealing with the issue and I would expect it to be resolved in the next few hours, but its impossible to say for sure at this point.

            As usual Sellerdeck are the last to know. I was told nearly 2 years ago after a similar long outage that this service would be monitored in future, but it clearly isn't.

              Off for 74 hours now, when i checked the systems up this morning it still said all was ok so obviously no monitoring and with large outage of a seller deck server last week thankfully not on their servers but confirms seller deck does not provide a very good service, guess they just buy in and hope for the best

                Seems to have started working again now for new orders, although I still have all the orders since Friday waiting to catch up.

                  This just arrive via email:

                  Dear SellerDeck Payments Customer,
                  Today we have experienced an issue with the DataCashe Fraud Protection service which is integrated with SellerDeck Payments.

                  We can confirm we are now seeing the fraud score results being processed as normal. We are awaiting final confirmation from DataCache to confirm the problem is fully resolved, however we expect normal service to resume shortly.
