Products with different choices & prices

This question has probably been asked many times before but had a search of the forum & couldn't find what I was looking for.

What is the easiest way to implement the following:

Product such as a Concrete Post

With different size options/cjoices

6ft
7ft
8ft
9ft

Also I want separate prices for each of the above sizes.
