When you are in Page Preview within the Design tab, you can click on an element in the Preview and it takes the focus i.e.- SellerDeck surrounds the selected element with a dotted line and there are navigation arrows. The Layout Code tab also loads the selected Layout.
This no longer happens in the nearly all the sites I have upgraded to 12.0.4 - clicking on an element results in nothing happening.
