Error publishing site

Using V12.0.3 with Windows 8.1

Getting the following error when trying to publish site:

An ftp error occured
Request:> Opening connection to [my hosting ip address] on port 21

Error: The storage control blocks were destroyed

Any ideas?

Update: Just attempted it again and it published fine. Suppose it would still be useful to know what may have caused this.

Have you tried temporarily disabling the firewall?

We have gotten the same issue. I turned off all Firewalls but still concurring. Could it be our host site?
