Not get Extended Page to show

I have clicked on the ectended page option in the back office added a link in
the Links drop down for text link to show More on the product page but it doesn't seem to appear on the website ??
What else do I need ot do ??

Posting a link to a faulty page would help.

Also, try setting some of the other methods of displaying the Extended Info page (Links tab).

I have this issue also - in the links tab,

Clicking product image displays extended info page works ok

Clicking product name displays extended info page - fails

Text link "more info" also fails and the "more info" is not visible on the page.

I must call Jonathan......
