It's odd that changing this doesn't do anything.
The First thing I'd do is compact the database as this is always the first step when something odd is happening.
If things still won't change then I'd get sellerdeck support involved. You can give them a snapshot and they'll take a look and figure out what's happening. They're usually very helpful.
