Discounts/Surcharges/coupons error message

Just trying to set up a new offer - A free product when you spend over £20

I've set it up correctly using (Sellerdeck 2013 v12.0.5 OFLD) however, it when I try to click 'apply' in Discounts/Surcharges/coupons it comes up with an error message saying "Extra Product/Product Group must be defined for the selected reward type" even though I select the correct product.

Can anyone help?

This is not normal behaviour; It may be better to contact SellerDeck support to get this resolved.

What happens if you make the reward amount a whole number? In that example you are offering a percentage discount off the extra product - an incredibly generous 0.01%. If you change it to, say 5.00%, does the error go away?
