    Persistent Strange Message

    I have recently installed Sellerdeck 2013 and am using it in test mode whilst the new site is developed. Since uploading it to the test site, the following message appears roughly every 1 1/2 minutes:

    "An attempt was made to access an order past its end date".

    I can rid of it temporarily by clicking on abort but it reappears again shortly afterwards. I have tried purging Orders and Emails but nothing works.

    How can I get rid of the message please?

    I have tried everything to get rid of this message. I have FTP'd into the server and deleted all orders - both .ord and .ordx.

    I have searched for an cleaned any orders on my PC. I have even uninstalled the software, cleaned all traces from my PC, including in the registry and re-installed the software, both with and without Payment Service Providers. However, it makes no difference.

    What next please?

      you could try deleting any test orders and compacting the database.

      and also check the date and time on the server versus the settings on your pc.

          If you haven't tried it yet, delete everything from the web space and do a full site refresh.

            Do you mean ftp into the site and delete the entire contents of the test web site?

              I have managed to solve the problem temporarily by switching off "Automatically Download Orders" under Business Settings. As I am running only in test mode at present, I have not configured anything in Business Settings.

                I'd imagine a full site refresh should fix it. You could delete everything in the test web space first but that shouldn't be necessary.
