add to cart not working

Hi Guys
I get this message in the attached file when trying to upload the site www.gdfb.co.uk and the add to cart button comes up with an internal error.
Have raise a ticket with support but thought I would try here in the mean time

The add to cart does not stay because you have a mix of www and non-www in the network settings so the browser cookie does not remember the addition. The upload error could be two index.html pages, the Home page is usually index.html but if it is not ticked as Home page it gets uploaded to the store folder not root folder which would result in the duplicate file name.
