FTP Error when publishing

Having an issue when publishing, I am getting the following error message:

An FTP error occurred: -
Request: ->Opening connection to [ip address] on port 21
Error: An invalid oplock acknowledgment was received by the system.

This started last night, I have done database compacts, restarts etc with no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
