Email Templates not showing up?

I upgraded our oolldd v9 database to 2013.

A few bugs here and there but all else good.

The one problem I'm having but am completely unable to fix is that there are no email templates available in the order 'Mail' tab.

Only thing available is 'Empty Layout' which as you will know is not even an email template, it is a bulk area content template.

I have made sure all the selectors are linked up with the appropriate values, and I have checked DesignObjects and DesignObjectTypes to make sure the IDs and classes of the email layouts match up (nID 101 and Class 43 as standard) - all of this is fine, but nothing is showing up.

Extra info - if I click 'Manage Templates' in the Mail tab, it shows the Empty Layout four times. The nID and Class of Empty Layout are completely irrelevent to the Email Outer Layout too so it makes no sense for it to be showing that..

Can anyone help? Pretty desperate as we take too many orders to write emails manually!

For future viewers potentially experiencing this issue, support were able to help me out on this one.

The solution was simply to place the design txt files from the v9 site directory into the new SD2013 site directory again, and let it re-upgrade the database from them.

The files are:
Act_DesignExport.txt
OriginalDesign 9_0_3_0.txt
OriginalDesign 9_0_4_0.txt
OriginalDesign 9_0_5_0.txt

Note: it is very likely to mess with your layout so check the log file at the end for any 'Failed' messages then make changes to your design where necessary.
