Paypal Express return url goes to terms and conditions page?

Paypal Express Checkout is returning to the wrong page, I want it to go straight to the receipt page but it takes me one step short to a terms and conditions page where i have to confirm the order again. on confirmation i get sent to the final receipt page.

Does anyone know how to get rid of this unnecessary page??

It rather sounds to me as if you've setup your checkout so that the customer must explicitly agree with the terms and conditions for the order to be accepted.

As paypal express takes the customer offsite it does seem logical that they have to confirm they accept the terms and conditions before the order is accepted and they're shown the receipt.

If you don't like the way it works then take out the requirement to confirm acceptance of the terms and conditions. As you say, it's unnecessary.
