On version 10 when we download new orders,
only the orders that were new & "Pre-authorised" are highlighted.
Our staff : downloads, print, pick and one-click complete... all is good.
On 2013, all orders are highlighted - pre-authorised + sent separately + BACS etc...
Our staff : downloads, print, pick and one-click complete... and then a state of chaos ensues,
as some orders are not paid for...
Is there anyway to have it back like v10 ?
