Checkout Page 0 showing a broken shipping selection

I just tried to put the section to select shipping classes on to checkout page 0. I realised it did't work so removed it and re published but for some reason it won't delete from the site. The coding isn't there and it looks awful as it is so will put people off buying! Any ideas why this is happening would be greatly appreciated. It has also put "NETQUOTEVAR:SHIPUSERDEFINED" as default into the special delivery instructions box!

Slight progress, managed to remove it by un ticking "shipping charges are made" in business settings. I have now ticked it again, published but now no shipping options are available after a publish?! Any ideas?

Try viewing via another computer at your end.

Checkout page 0 is now ok, checkout page 1 doesn't give any shipping options even though we offer about 5!

Website refresh fixes this issue for anyone who experiences this in the future. Not ideal on a busy evening on the run up to christmas but I guess a success!
