Sellerdeck URL on terms and conditions page

Further to this old post http://community.sellerdeck.com/show...onditions+page from 2007 can anybody tell me whether there is an updated solution to this problem?
We're happy to have the Sellerdeck link on the Terms and Conditions page, but it needs to open in a new tab rather than taking people away from our site.
There doesn't seem to be anywhere I can add in " target="_blank to make this happen.
Being a total novice at coding can anyone point me in the right direction please?

The Terms page link is a variable so it is quicker to adjust the layout in the Design Library under Web Page Inner and where it has TermsAndConditionsLink replace with your own link.

Hmm, I'm sure I'm missing something really obvious here but I can't work this one out.
Obviously, when viewing the source for the live website I can see the URL that this link is pointing to. But I can't see where to set/change the URL for the TermsAndConditionsLink variable.
Sorry, we all have to start somewhere, and I'm clearly not quite there yet!

Unfortunately I am completely new to variables and although I understand the concept of what I need to do here, I can't actually find out how to do this. I can't find this variable to remove or change it although I can see the blue underlined text.
