Corrupt Database?
Hi guys,
I've a 'new order' problem that keeps popping up.
Copied customers order number to clipboard
Selected 'New Order'
Selected 'Shopped Before'
Pasted in 'Order Number'
Click 'Next'...and hey presto! a different (but always the same) customers details pop up!
None of the entry fields are matching so can't see any reason for this?
It happened a few days ago also but this time with 2 completely different people. On that occasion I just deleted one of the accounts and re-entered the details.
Obviously I don't want to keep doing this and I'm worried that customers might also be sent the wrong goods.
Has this happened to anyone else? is there a fix or is my database corrupt?
Any help would be appreciated.
