Need to get mobile phone numbers for courier delivery times

As above has anyone got a good way to get people to enter their mobile numbers so we can get information to them about delivery

Most at present just enter the traditional home number which is no good for sms

The easest way would be to add a line of text saying "Enter your mobile phone number to receive delivery text alerts"

Personally, though, I would never give a business my mobile number. I restrict that to family and friends. The last thing I want is companies sending me texts.

It looks (to me) like you have it switched on in Business Settings | Address Lookup, but you haven't completed the process online on the checkout address page. Read the instructions carefully to get your fields mapped correctly.

Many thanks now up and running, looks like i saved some money as only the offline was working

You would think they would make it clearer on the setup page you have to do something else apart from read the help

I haven't checked, but I think I noticed that you only have it on that site, and not your others?

You can set up additional licence keys in the PCA Control Panel, then add it to your other sites, all using the same PCA account/Lookup package.

And use this page to get your SD 10% discount....
