Filters freeze / hang while publishing or refreshing

After we bought and installed Sellerdeck 2013 Business Plus 12.04 and then 12.05 we found out that the filters always hang when we publish or refresh the website. It does not happen throughout the upload but during a part of it .If it takes 1 hour to refresh it usually happens for half an hour. That means that the site becomes unusable for a visitor during a refresh. We have tried all possible solutions and have contacted Sellerdeck support who at some point admitted that it is a 'known issue' . So now we refresh (we do not publish because that causes products to disappear from the filter pages) late at night to avoid losing too many customers .

Does anybody else have the same issue . If we weren't checking the website while uploading we would never know.

Hi Kostas,

This isn't a problem for me but does it really take you an hour to refresh the website? That's a long time and if it's really a problem you might want to look at ways of speeding it up.
