FTP Password

Hello

How can I find out what my ftp password was set as? The number of dots don't match what I thought I had set it as! Can I change it and if so how?

The ftp password is set on the server, usually via the control panel on your hosting account.

If you've forgotten what it is then you'll need to reset it.

If you want to see what it is in SellerDeck, go to Network Setup and export your settings, you'll be able to see it in the exported plain text file.
