    Moving to a new PC

    Hi
It is time to move our Sellerdeck 2013 Business, Sage Accounts and MS Office to a new PC.
We use a Clickfree C6 Back Up Device to take off site each evening.
This device is supposed to back up both data and programme files so we thought we would give it a try and restore all from our old PC.
Sage and MS Office both required the CD's to restore the programmes and now they are running well on the new PC.
We have a problem with moving Sellerdeck to the new PC as the Clickfree restore did not work with Sellerceck so after taking a snapshot tried to reinstall the Business software and thereafter import the snapshot, but we are having difficulty in downloading the Sellerdeck software. It is wanting to download it to what appears to be a new file C:\Programme Files (x86)\Sellerdeck 2013 but it will not install it due to a pop up message, 'the Installation Directory is not empty'. the message we receive is the folder we have chosen already contains Sellerdeck site data, the selected sites folder must be an empty folder.'
All of the Site 1 folders and pictures are there so the backup software has moved those.
The x86 files did not exist on the old PC and Google tells me this is something to do with 32 and 64 bit software in Windows 7.
So I am assuming as a 'not expert' in software that the old PC data was 32bit and the new pc is 32&64 bit and has produced a new file (x86) and put both in the new PC?
I would appreciate a bit of help here, we are still running the Sellerdeck Software on the old PC and will continue to do so until we can move it successfully.

Also I am a little disappointed with the 'New' Sellerdeck set up, when we purchased the software last summer I am sure we were informed we would receive e-mail support but are now informed this is now not the case.

On the other hand Chris Dicken who originally designed the site and has helped us with issues in the past has been very very good with us in the past, sadly Chris is now moving to pastures new which is only right that the best move onward and upward.
    Thanks

    You will need to

Remove any files under Sellerdeck 2013 in Programs data
Remove any files under Sellerdeck 2013 in Program Files

    Then reinstall Sellerdeck

    Then input snapshot
