My dns pointing host in trouble

Oh dear,

After all these years my dns host has suffered a Massive DNS attack. Its hit their entire system.

5 hours downtime now, this could lose them a hell of a lot of customers, I shall remain but if it happens again my 6 sites will be moved.

Probably a rival company trying to bring them down, sad

Ive just called Nominet and they were well aware of it already.

Can anyone recommend a good reliable domain pointing company ?
My dns is now down 8 hours and I think I will have to move.

123 reg has always proved reliable for me and is used by quite a few people here if I remember correctly.

Ive used them before and will take a look.
My dns is back up but the registrar company will have taken a big hit with customers leaving them today, and their quality of service may drop as a result.

1 more dns attack on their servers and im off.
