No email content

Hi
Over the last couple of weeks I have had issues with my email

I have placed a dummy order and the order confirmation is sent, but not received. I then receive email - Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender

I also try sending an email from my order in sellerdeck and I receive the email but with no content.

Does anyone know what the problem is?

I have had a look at my settings

I have my email settings smtp - localhost

and I now get the following message after test

SellerDeck Mail Test completed successfully
server: passed
connection: passed
sockets: passed
communications: failed
authorisation: failed
message: 535 5.7.8 Error: authentication failed: bad protocol / cancel

Can anyone help me please?
