Back orders not being able to export or delete

We have built up a list of backorders that have been paid and dispatched but we are unable to export them to sage or even delete them

I'm assuming this isn't just for our information.

What would you like to do with them?

Are they still sitting in the pending tab?

Have you checked that they're all fully paid? printed the invoice? etc

The usual solution is to right click and export the order. I guess this doesn't work here?

Hi Chris,

It's a bit odd that it doesn't like the path shown in the error description. Is that the right path? If it is then the only thing I can think of is that your anti-virus or User Account Control is blocking it.

PS. As always, in the event of odd things happening it's always worth trying a 'compact and repair database' although these days I don't hear so many cases of this being a problem.
