According to the code in the page and the version file you are running V12 build date OCUC (SellerDeck 2013), but you have a responsive design from SellerDeck 2014.

If that is a SellerDeck 2014 responsive design then there will be a promo fragment that produces the slider, check the fragments in the home page and look for one that has a layout set to 'Promo List Carousel' then look in the Marketing tab for the settings for the slider.
