I am asking this as a third person as I am not the designated person for downloading and processing orders, but I am now classed as to go to for Sellerdeck.
We have hooked up the Ebay to our Sellerdeck. We have followed instructions and have the order sheet downloaded then put into Sellerdeck ready for processing. When we try to input through to Sage (We do this with our Amazon orders with no problems) we get an error message but we cannot see anything wrong and all help guides are saying we are not doing anything wrong.
The error message:
You did not set Sage transaction type for the used Sellerdeck payment method in the current order: (Order number) Some orders have not been transferred, see the log file for details.
What could we be doing wrong?
