FTP Error Storage Control Blocks Destroyed

I'm using a MAC with virtual box running Win 7.

Everything within windows works perfectly well apart from SELLERDECK.

I've tested network settings and everything connects to host fine, I get the lovely confirmation email, but it will not send up the site!

It was working fine until I installed the latest version of 2013 and installed by back up. When doing the import the system said it was making loads of changes to Pearl etc and saved a log file which is now nowhere to be seen.

I'm getting an FTP error where it says
Opening Connection to xxxxxxx on port 21
Error: The storage control blocks were destroyed


Can someone please help before I bin this system!

Were you intending to upgrade the SD release or was that just because the version you downloaded and installed was different to your previous version?

I would recommend that you start again and install the same version as is currently running on your site then import the snapshot. If you do that it should not need to update any scripts.

Looking at you RCS Supplies site it shows that you are running version 12 NLPA, what version do you have installed on your PC?
