I thought that I would update my Sellerdeck version 2013 12.0.2 to the latest 12.0.6, everything seemed to go fine until the install reached 79% then stopped, I left it for a few hours and still only 79%. It seems to have stuck on the "Original/Reports.ini" and the only way out was to close it down via task manager. Ran Sellerdeck and all seemed to be ok and was shown to be running 12.0.6 but I was not happy with the partial install so thought that I would uninstall Sellerdeck, delete the folders and install from scratch, again stops on 79%. Tried to go back to the .0.2 version and still no joy, and now I am not running any version as I am unable to install past 79% HELP.

It's possible that there are still some registry entries which are confusing the reinstall. A program like Revo will uninstall these for you.
I hope you have the deleted folders somewhere safe and a snapshot from the 12.0.2 installation. -
Thank you guccij I will download Revo, it looks to be quite a good piece of software to have anyway. I managed to get Sellerdeck installed in the end but only in safe mode.Comment
