    PANIC! Help please, can't access software

    Hi,

    I'm new here but been using SD since 2013.

    Following some work by BT (new phone system/router etc) the shortcut to opening SD software appears to have failed, and now appears defunct.

    I am desperately trying to find the source file to create a new shortcut and open the software.

    What should I be looking for. I've found 'catalog' but it replies 'unable to locate the database....'

    HELP! I'm in a mild panic as I need to access it.

    Without detailed knowledge of your operating system and computer configuration it will be difficult for anyone to help.

    Do you have more than one computer? If so are you using a SellerDeck system that's split over more than one computer? Could it be that the router change has broken your connectivity?
