Pending payment

We very rarely get a pending payment order, but last week or so have had four, three of which are from regular customers.

I spoke to the three of them and the common issue seems to be they are all using the latest Apple IOS and from what I can make out when they click the link to Sellerdeck Payments nothing happens.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

I haven't heard anything about this but IOS 9.3 did have problems with some links not responding and there is a 9.3.1 update to fix this.
