Best Seller Lists

I have been carrying out some research on our site and have discovered a discrepancy.

Products that are listed in the Best Sellers are generated from sales over the last 30 days.

When i compare the list generated by sellerdeck versus the sales report for the same period they do not match.

Has anyone else noticed this. is there an algorithm that measures best sellers by the number of unique purchases??

Any input would be most welcome.

On the Best Sellers List..... you haven't got any of the products locked have you? i.e. a tick in the "Lock" column

What is selected in the "Auto-Generate List On Upload" section?

Is it Every Day? Every Upload? Or Never?

Hi Goz,

Sorry i should have said.

All the spots are unlocked and it was set to every upload. I also cleared all the bestsellers down to 1 and then increased them again and clicked the generate button but this didn't alter the result.
